Media International Australia雜志英文介紹
"Media International Australia - MIA" is a journal that not only focuses on the current development of the media and telecommunications industry but is also committed to exploring the deep structure and dynamics of the cultural industry. MIA has become an important bridge connecting academic research in Australia, New Zealand, and the broader Asia-Pacific region. As an interdisciplinary publishing platform, MIA encourages scholars from different academic backgrounds to submit their work, including but not limited to communication studies, sociology, political science, economics, and cultural studies.
The journal places special emphasis on empirical and applied research that reveals the practical effects of media practices and policies through data collection and analysis. At the same time, MIA also welcomes theoretical research that helps to build and improve our understanding of media phenomena. In addition, the journal encourages historical analysis to provide a deep perspective for our understanding of the evolution of media, as well as speculative analysis to explore the possible future directions of media. MIA's international perspective and inclusive attitude make it a valuable place for scholars worldwide to exchange ideas, share discoveries, and engage in debates. By publishing high-quality research and reviews, MIA has made an important contribution to the academic dialogue on media and cultural industries and has provided strong support and inspiration for policy-making and practice in related fields.
