"Historical Social Research" as an international academic journal, has gained widespread recognition for its influence and academic value around the world. Since its inception in 1976, HSR has been committed to promoting innovation and development in historical research methods. It encourages scholars to use various methods such as quantitative analysis, computer-assisted technology, and econometric methods to deepen the understanding and interpretation of historical phenomena.
The interdisciplinary nature of the journal serves as a bridge connecting the fields of history, sociology, economics, and more. It not only provides historians with a platform to showcase their research results but also offers scholars from other disciplines a window into the latest trends in historical research.
