The International Journal of Injury Control and Safety Promotion  is committed to being a multidisciplinary platform that covers a wide range of topics related to injury prevention and safety promotion. ICSP not only publishes research on injury epidemiology, risk assessment, intervention strategies, and the consequences of injuries, but also focuses on the development of safety technology, policy formulation, and discussions of relevant laws and regulations.

The journal encourages interdisciplinary research that combines knowledge from various fields such as medicine, public health, engineering, psychology, and sociology to comprehensively address injury issues. By promoting collaboration among experts in different fields, ICSP aims to enhance the effectiveness of injury control measures and drive innovation in safety promotion practices. Moreover, ICSP places special emphasis on applied research in practice, supporting the translation of research findings into practical injury prevention and safety management strategies. This includes adaptive research in different cultural and economic contexts, as well as injury control programs targeted at specific populations or environments.
