Chinese Journal of International Law is an academic journal focusing on the field of international law. It provides a platform for scholars around the world to publish and exchange the latest research results in important fields such as public international law, private international law and international economic law. The journal especially encourages Chinese scholars to put forward new perspectives, new insights and new theories on these fields, and also welcomes foreign scholars to write papers on international law issues related to China, promoting the diversification and deepening of academic research on international law.
