Studies in Comparative International Development is an interdisciplinary academic journal focused on global development, dedicated to exploring and analyzing political, social, economic, and environmental changes occurring in different countries and regions. The core issues of SCID involve the political operation of national institutions and the impact of international economic changes on domestic policies and economic development. In addition, the magazine also pays special attention to the evolution of economic growth and income distribution patterns, as well as the transformation process of social structure and cultural changes.
