Latin American Perspectives, as a theoretical and academic journal, aims to become an important platform for discussing and debating the political economy of capitalism, imperialism, and socialism in the Americas. The goal of this journal is clear, which is to encourage in-depth class analysis of social and cultural realities and political strategies in order to promote changes in the social and political structure of Latin America.

In terms of content, the magazine not only focuses on traditional political and economic theories, but also actively explores emerging social movements, cultural identities, environmental issues, and other topics closely related to the development of Latin American society.
