The Turkish Journal Of Pathology has been promoting academic exchange and knowledge dissemination in the field of pathology. The main objective is to publish original research articles covering surgical pathology, autopsy, cytopathology, digital pathology (including information technology), molecular pathology, and clinical pathology. These studies may include insights into disease mechanisms, the development of new diagnostic techniques, innovative approaches to disease treatment, and the application of pathology in clinical practice.
The journal encourages research in the field of diagnostic pathology using immunohistochemistry, ultrastructural techniques, and molecular methods. The journal also welcomes recommendations on new technologies and methods, e-education, and research related to quality control and quality assurance. In addition, the TJP considers publishing case reports, especially when they describe new entities or very rare histopathological and/or molecular features.
