The International Journal Of Knowledge Management is an international peer-reviewed academic journal that provides a platform for researchers, practitioners and policy makers in the field of knowledge management to share and discuss the latest research findings. The purpose of the journal is to promote the in-depth development of knowledge management theory and practice, and to improve the capacity of organizations in knowledge creation, sharing, application and protection.
The journal places special emphasis on cross-cultural knowledge management practices and encourages researchers to explore the diversity and particularity of knowledge management in different cultural contexts. This includes a comparative study of knowledge management strategies, tools and methods in different countries and regions, as well as an analysis of the knowledge management challenges of cross-cultural teams and organizations in the context of globalization. It also focuses on the latest progress of knowledge management technology, including the application of artificial intelligence, big data analysis, cloud computing and other technologies in knowledge management. The development of these technologies provides new possibilities for the automatic processing of knowledge, intelligent retrieval and personalized recommendation, and helps to improve the efficiency and effect of knowledge management.
