Information Technologies And Learning Tools is an academic journal dedicated to the field of educational technology, providing a multidisciplinary platform for educators, researchers, technology developers and policy makers to discuss and share the application of ICT in education. Applications in support of psychology and educational research, including e-learning, cloud computing, distance education, open learning environments, open systems for educational research, etc. These studies not only help advance educational technology, but also provide educators with new tools and methods to adapt to the demands of the digital age.
The journal encourages the submission of papers on the application of ICTs at different stages of education, including pre-primary, basic, vocational, higher and postgraduate education, exploring how ICTs can contribute to innovation in teaching methods, improve learning efficiency and effectiveness, and support educational management and policy development. The journal attaches special importance to linking theory with practice and emphasizes that the research results should have practical significance and application value.
