It focuses not only on teachers' personal growth and career paths, but also on how teachers adapt and innovate in an ever-changing educational environment. It also focuses on the construction of teacher professional communities and collaboration among teachers, exploring how to promote common growth through professional exchanges and cooperation. This includes the formation of teacher networks, the role of teacher professional bodies, and how teachers can participate in the process of education policy development and education reform.
The journal encourages interdisciplinary research, including psychology, sociology, pedagogy, etc., to fully understand the factors that influence teacher professional development.
