The Australasian Journal Of Water Resources is an interdisciplinary, regional journal focused on academic research, professional practice and discussion in water resources planning, management and policy. Its primary geographic focus is Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands, but articles from other regions are welcome as long as they contribute to the understanding of water issues in these regions. Contributions that have applied innovations to the Australian water community or that can link research in other parts of the world to important water planning, management, development and policy challenges in Australia are particularly welcome, including papers on global issues that have a clear impact in Australia.
The publication of the journal aims to promote a deeper understanding of water issues and provide a platform for communication among professionals and scholars in related fields. The journal encourages the submission of innovative research on water technology, policy, economics, and management, as well as critical analysis of existing practices. It contributes to the sustainable management of water resources worldwide by publishing high quality research results.
