The International Journal Of Services Technology And Management covers a wide range of services, including the human aspects of healthcare, consumer and leisure industries, the technical aspects of public service design and management, services provided by the manufacturing industry, Information and communication services, and the cultural, ethical, legal and political aspects associated with them. In addition, the journal also focuses on e-commerce, service globalization, service market innovation and other topics.
The goal of the journal is to establish a channel of communication between academia, policy makers, executives from industry, business and investment institutions. The IJSTM encourages submission of policy, strategic and operational questions related to service technology, management and technology management, service innovation, the application of information technology and communications in services, supply chain management, new developments in marketing and retail, human resources and development in services, customer care, Total quality Management, service distribution and logistics, ecologically driven services, service economics, and services. Research on the social, ethical and cultural role of services, tourism services and transport-related technologies, as well as technologies for scientific research and high-tech industries.
