Africa Journal Of Management雜志英文介紹
AJOM is an international, peer-reviewed academic journal published by the Africa Academy of Management (AFAM). The purpose of this journal is to promote the development of management theory, research, education, practice, and services in Africa by promoting the generation and dissemination of high-quality and relevant manuscripts. AJOM is committed to publishing original and rigorous academic empirical and theoretical research papers that clearly understand management literature and draw on local knowledge, wisdom, and current realities in Africa.
As the first academic journal of AFAM, AJOM provides a platform for all those dedicated to advancing academic, educational, and practical management in Africa to speak out for the benefit of the entire continent. The journal welcomes manuscripts that develop, test, replicate, or validate management theories, tools, and methods starting from Africa. AJOM maintains an open attitude towards various high-quality, evidence-based methodologies and approaches that combine "Western" management theories with indigenous knowledge systems, methods, and practices in Africa. The journal is particularly interested in research papers that focus on the most important development needs, challenges, and opportunities in Africa, as well as current major management issues. In addition, AJOM also focuses on research papers on ethical behavior in different African environments.
