The International Journal of E-planning Research is an important academic journal focused on the field of electronic planning. The broad and in-depth topics include but are not limited to the application of digital technology in urban and regional planning, the theory and practice of smart city planning, the innovative application of geographic information systems (GIS) in planning, network-based public participation planning platforms, big data analysis support for planning decisions, the development of electronic planning tools and methods, the application of virtual and augmented reality technology in planning exhibitions, and electronic planning strategies under sustainable development goals.
This journal focuses on interdisciplinary research methods and an international perspective. It encourages the integration of multidisciplinary knowledge such as planning, computer science, sociology, and environmental science to address complex real-world issues in the field of electronic planning. By studying the electronic planning practices of different countries and regions, summarize successful experiences and applicable models for reference; Or explore how electronic planning technology can promote fair distribution of resources and inclusive development of communities from the perspective of social equity.
