The International Journal of Business Performance Management (IJBPM) is an international academic journal dedicated to the field of business performance management. The journal explores both hard and soft perspectives to manage business performance, covering business strategy, business process reengineering, corporate culture, education and training, organizational learning, ethics and environmental issues, intellectual property management, innovation and knowledge management, Internet/Intranet, operational strategy, outsourcing and strategic alliances, modeling technology, performance benchmarking and measurement, productivity and quality, public sector management, technological change and its impact, virtual team work and other topics.
The characteristic of IJBPM lies in its extensive research coverage, aimed at providing a platform for scholars, researchers, managers, and decision-makers to discuss and share best practices, theoretical frameworks, and empirical research results.
