The Information and Communication Technology Law is an academic journal dedicated to legal issues related to Information and Communication Technology (ICT). It provides a multidisciplinary forum for legal scholars, policy makers, technical experts, and industry practitioners to explore legal challenges and opportunities related to ICT. This journal covers a series of topics from privacy protection, data security to intellectual property, cyber crime, e-commerce and Internet governance.
