The Information and Communication Technology Law is an academic journal dedicated to legal issues related to Information and Communication Technology (ICT). It provides a multidisciplinary forum for legal scholars, policy makers, technical experts, and industry practitioners to explore legal challenges and opportunities related to ICT. This journal covers a series of topics from privacy protection, data security to intellectual property, cyber crime, e-commerce and Internet governance. It not only focuses on traditional legal issues, but also covers the impact of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, blockchain, cloud computing, and the Internet of Things (IoT) on the existing legal system.
The Information and Communication Technology Act encourages interdisciplinary research and discussions from an international perspective to promote a deeper understanding of global challenges in ICT law. Journals publish a variety of types of articles, including academic papers, case studies, review articles, and policy recommendations, aimed at providing valuable information resources for legal professionals and researchers, as well as decision support for policy makers.
