Upravlenets, a scientific analysis journal founded by Ural State University of Economics in 2009, is an open access, peer-reviewed scientific journal dedicated to management and marketing issues. The mission of Upravlenets (Manager) is to create an effective platform for academic exchange between authors and readers on management issues. Based on specialization, this journal seeks works dedicated to management and marketing theories, methods, and practical issues at both micro and macro levels.
The main objective of this journal is to promote the development of economic science by introducing academic achievements related to the foundations and practices of Russian and foreign researchers. It has been included in the list of leading peer-reviewed scientific journals and titles for publishing doctoral and candidate theses, as well as the Russian Science Citation Index.
