Revista Administracao Em Dialogo is an academic journal dedicated to the field of management and dedicated to providing a diversified research platform. Its content covers the core theories of management, empirical research, review articles and book reviews, providing a rich resource for management scholars, practitioners and students.
In the theoretical part, the basic principles and new theoretical framework of management are discussed, including the latest research results in the fields of leadership, organizational behavior, strategic management and human resource management.
