Journal of Public and Non profit Affairs is a peer-reviewed open source journal dedicated to establishing connections between practice and research in public and non-profit affairs. Publish research from different theoretical, methodological, and disciplinary backgrounds, covering topics related to the affairs and management of public and non-profit organizations. The magazine uses a double-blind peer review process. After submission to the journal, all papers will be sent to three reviewers for comments, who will be selected based on their expertise in the field relevant to the submitted content. As an important academic journal, it plays a crucial role in the fields of public administration and non-profit organizations. It not only provides a platform for academic research, but also helps practitioners better understand and respond to real-world challenges.
