The purpose of the journal 'Actual Juritica Environmental' is to provide reliable, timely, updated, simplified, and systematic information on the development of environmental law. It also includes theoretical articles and brief comments to promote research in environmental law. This online innovation journal attempts to maximize the collaborative possibilities provided by the information society. The characteristic of a magazine is its immediacy. This is a free service aimed at making it accessible to as many researchers, professors, administrative experts and officials, lawyers, students, other legal professionals, and anyone else interested in environmental protection as possible. We hope to transform this magazine into a public reference framework for environmental law information, research, and learning, and contribute to the best application of this legal field.
