Journal of Management Accounting Research is an authoritative academic journal in the field of accounting, dedicated to publishing original academic research in the field of management accounting, aiming to provide scholars with a platform to publish high-quality research results. The magazine covers various aspects of management accounting, including but not limited to cost management, performance evaluation, strategic planning, and decision support systems.
This journal welcomes original research papers using archival research, case studies, experiments, field studies, surveys, or any other relevant empirical methods. At the same time, we also accept submissions in the form of analytical models, frameworks or thought papers, substantive review articles, and comments or research notes, all of which must undergo peer review. The magazine provides an international forum for researchers worldwide to disseminate novel academic contributions to management accounting practices or systems, which can come from any relevant discipline and be applicable to any type of organization worldwide.
