From a thematic perspective, it caters to every different research field related to modern history, targeting researchers, professional historians, students, and anyone interested in modern knowledge. Each issue has a thematic archive, two open sections (Varia and Documents), and a dedicated section for historical reference books. Articles can be published in journals in Spanish, English, French, Portuguese, and Italian. It adopts a peer review system and does not charge fees for submitting or publishing papers.
