The International Journal Of Mentoring And Coaching In Education is an important academic platform, It provides a space for educators, researchers, policy makers and education professionals around the world to exchange ideas, share experiences and present research findings. This multidisciplinary forum highlighted the important role of mentors and mentoring in improving the quality of education and learning outcomes.
The magazine covers not only the traditional areas of teacher education and development, but also educational technology, educational leadership, and learning and teaching practices at different stages of education. Authors are encouraged to submit papers on research on the application of educational mentorship and mentoring in different cultures and educational systems, and how these practices adapt to and influence the educational environment. The journal also focuses on the impact of mentoring and mentoring on student development, including how effective mentoring and mentoring strategies can help students overcome learning disabilities, improve academic achievement, and promote personal and professional development.
