Palaeobulgarica starobalgaristika is an academic journal dedicated to the study of ancient Bulgarian history, culture, and language. This magazine is dedicated to publishing original research articles on the early history of Bulgaria, particularly from ancient times to the early Middle Ages (approximately from the 7th to the 11th century AD). It provides a platform for scholars to exchange and discuss research results on various aspects of ancient Bulgarian society, politics, economy, religion, art, and language.
The content of a magazine usually includes specialized papers, reviews, book reviews, academic conference reports, and the publication of archival materials.
