The goal of Social Sciences in China is to publish cutting-edge research results in the field of philosophy and social sciences, covering multiple disciplines such as Marxist theory, philosophy, economics, political science, law, sociology, history, education, literature, linguistics, as well as interdisciplinary research papers, research reports, and academic reviews.
The magazine is considered by the academic community to be one of the highest level comprehensive humanities and social science journals in China.
