The Journal of Near Eastern Studies is a prestigious and academically valuable journal that focuses on the study of ancient civilizations in the Near East region. It not only covers a wide time span from prehistoric times to classical times, but also encompasses a vast geographical area spanning from the Middle East, the eastern Mediterranean to the Caucasus region.
