The Harvard Environmental Law Review is a leading academic journal that focuses on all aspects of environmental law and has a very broad definition, It covers environmental justice, green infrastructure, energy, climate change, noise control, land use and property rights, toxic substances control, wildlife, natural resources, technology control, and workplace pollution.

Edited and published by Harvard Law School students, the journal is not only a forum for scholarly discussion, but also an important resource for environmental law and policy makers, legal practitioners, scholars, and students. Dedicated to the publication of high quality law reviews, case studies, policy recommendations, and discussion of emerging legal issues. The journal has a special focus on environmental justice issues, namely ensuring that all communities, regardless of race, income, or geographic location, have a fair share of the benefits of a clean environment and natural resources and a fair share of the environmental burden. Articles in the field of Green Infrastructure and energy explore how environmental sustainability and community resilience can be achieved through innovative urban planning and renewable energy solutions.
