As an outlet for scholarly intercourse between medical and social sciences, this noteworthy journal seeks to improve practical communication between caregivers and patients and between institutions and the public. Outstanding editorial board members and contributors from both medical and social science arenas collaborate to meet the challenges inherent in this goal.The magazine aims to promote information exchange and sharing among health information producers, disseminators, and users, promote patient-centered health communication practices and results oriented health communication research, create interdisciplinary dialogue platforms, integrate various resources, provide interdisciplinary and multi perspective thinking paths and communication opportunities for the academic and practical fields of health communication, and build a bridge of communication between researchers, practitioners, and policy makers.
