The Oxford Journal of Legal Studies is published on behalf of Oxford University Law School. It aims to promote understanding of all matters related to the law. Although the magazine emphasizes the broad issues arising from theoretical work and the relationship between law and other disciplines, it does not exclude any legal interest themes and academic methods.

The magazine welcomes outstanding original contributions in the theoretical and critical academic aspects of domestic and international law, as well as contributions to comparative law, legal history, and legal philosophy. We welcome interdisciplinary contributions in the field of law, particularly the use of social science and humanities technology to promote understanding of legal research.
