Senses & Society is an academic journal devoted to the study of the senses, playing a pioneering role in the humanities, social sciences, fine arts and applied arts. By publishing full-text articles and commentaries, the journal explores the diversity and complexity of sensory experience in human societies and cultures.

The core focus of the magazine is how our senses shape our understanding and experience of the world. It covers the study of all senses, from sight, hearing, smell, taste to touch, and how these senses are perceived and expressed in different cultures, historical periods, and social contexts.
