Semiotica, as an internationally renowned academic journal, has attracted much attention for its unique bilingual publishing characteristics. The six issues published each year not only cover the two main languages of English and French, but also occasionally feature German special issues to meet the needs of a wider readership. This multilingual publishing strategy not only reflects the international perspective of the journal, but also promotes academic exchange and dialogue in different cultural backgrounds.

In addition, Semiotica has established an annual award - Mouton d'Or - to recognize authors who have made outstanding contributions in the field of semiotics.
