Hong Kong Law Journal is a peer-reviewed academic journal known for its in-depth analysis of current legal issues in Hong Kong and China. The journal not only provides the latest legal developments, but also strives to provide an scholarly, authoritative and critical perspective, making it an important resource for legal professionals, scholars and students. The journal covers a wide range of legal areas, including but not limited to constitutional, civil, criminal, commercial, intellectual property, environmental and international law. Through in-depth research in these areas, the journal aims to promote the understanding and application of the Hong Kong and Chinese legal systems.
