Partecipazione E Conflitto is a collection of transformational research and scholarly articles on political change and its main actors (including political parties, interest groups, social movements, associations, trade unions, etc.), with a particular focus on the dynamics of individual participation, whether through traditional means or by means that tend to be protest-oriented. In addition, the journal pays special attention to the transformational dynamics of contemporary political systems, with an eye to democratization processes and the opening of space to new forms of governance at local and sub-national, supranational levels. All of this is integrated into the complex phenomenon of the transnationalization of social, political and economic processes, without losing sight of the nation-state dimension. The journal emphasizes innovative research and high methodological rigor, and values the latest theoretical and empirical contributions in the social sciences and political science.
