The Journal Of Algorithms & Computational Technology is a peer-reviewed, open access journal serving an interdisciplinary community of researchers in academia and industry. The journal primarily publishes original research papers that describe the application of mathematical methods, numerical methods, and computational algorithms to solving engineering problems and/or computational analysis in fields as diverse as biomedical sciences, economics, engineering, finance, life sciences, medical biology, and science.
The journal is fundamentally different from many numerical analysis, computational analysis, and algorithmic journals in that it focuses on the application of mathematical techniques or engineering methods to computational analysis and simulation of complex industrial and real-life problems. Journals welcome papers with carefully tested computational algorithms for real-world problems, including post-processing visualizations. In addition, the journal publishes review papers outlining the latest advances in computing techniques and algorithms.
