As an academic journal focused on politics, economy, culture, and society in Southeast Europe, Southeast Europe Magazine has a profound background and is full of academic value. This magazine aims to provide readers with a comprehensive perspective and in-depth analysis of Southeast Europe, a complex and diverse region, and promote exchanges and dialogues among domestic and foreign scholars on research in the region.

Southeast Europe, as a geopolitical concept, encompasses multiple countries in and around the Balkan Peninsula, including but not limited to Albania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Hungary (some regions), Macedonia, Montenegro, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia, and other countries. This region has a long history, diverse ethnicities, religions, and cultures, coupled with its important geographical location, and has always been an important part of the political landscape in Europe and even globally.
