Prism: Theory and Modern Chinese Literature is an English academic journal dedicated to the study of modern Chinese literature and literary theory. The magazine was founded by the Humanities Research Center of Lingnan University in Hong Kong and is edited by Professor Cai Zongqi. The establishment of the magazine aims to promote in-depth dialogue between Chinese and Western literature and literary theory, and to advance the internationalization process of modern Chinese literary research.
Journals have become an important academic platform in the field of modern Chinese literature research. It not only publishes original research papers by domestic and foreign scholars, but also encourages interdisciplinary academic exploration to enrich and deepen the understanding of modern Chinese literature. The content of the magazine covers various aspects of modern Chinese literature, including novels, poetry, drama, film, literary criticism, etc., while also paying attention to the development and application of literary theory. The editorial team of the journal is composed of scholars from different cultural backgrounds, ensuring the diversity and international perspective of the journal's content.
