Organizacija magazine is a multidisciplinary academic platform dedicated to advancing knowledge and practice innovation in the fields of management science, information systems and human resources. It provides an opportunity for experts and scholars in academic and practical circles to share research results, discuss theoretical progress and exchange practical experience. The journal encourages authors to submit papers that are innovative and practical in management theory, organizational behavior, information technology applications, and human resource management. These papers may include an in-depth analysis of existing theories, an empirical study of management practices, an innovative design of information systems, and an assessment of the effectiveness of human resource strategies.
The journal especially emphasizes the combination of theory and practice, advocating the transformation of theoretical research results into practical applications of organizational management, so as to promote the improvement of organizational efficiency and the optimization of organizational culture.
