The Cuban Journal of Rheumatology is a professional journal dedicated to the field of rheumatology, providing a platform for doctors, researchers, and scholars in the field to publish research results and engage in academic exchanges. This magazine covers multiple aspects of rheumatology, including basic research, clinical research, and treatment methods, and is committed to promoting the development of knowledge and improvement of clinical practice in the field of rheumatology.
Rheumatology is a discipline that studies diseases of the musculoskeletal system, with a long history of development. However, as a branch of modern medicine, rheumatology is one of the relatively late established specialties. According to a report by China Medical Network, the growth of rheumatology can be traced back to the establishment of the International Committee on Rheumatology in Paris in 1925. In China, the development of rheumatology started relatively late and was not established until 1959. After years of development, Chinese rheumatology gradually gained recognition from the international rheumatology community and developed synchronously with the world in certain fields.
