Transforming Government People Process and Policy is an internationally peer-reviewed academic journal that focuses on publishing interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary research on government transformation. This journal explores how to achieve modernization of government through changes in personnel, processes, and policies, with a particular focus on the application of information and communication technology (ICT) in government transformation. The journal aims to promote knowledge sharing between the academic community and decision-makers, drive evidence-based research, and construct a multi-level perspective to understand these transformational processes.
