As an interdisciplinary and peer-reviewed journal, First People's Child&Family Review not only covers traditional research areas on children, families, and community issues, but also emphasizes the importance of indigenous perspectives, knowledge, and voices, driving innovation and development in related fields.
In terms of the history and mission of the journal, First People's Child&Family Review has always been committed to promoting in-depth research on issues related to Indigenous children, families, and communities, and driving improvements in relevant policies and practices through critical analysis, storytelling, position articulation, and the provision of educational resources. Although the journal has announced the cessation of publication, its past journal content can still be accessed and downloaded through its official website or other online resources.
