Nordic Journal of Working Life Studies (NJWLS) is an international academic journal dedicated to the study of work and life in the Nordic region. This journal aims to publish research on work environment, labor market, occupational health, work organization and management, and work life balance. NJVLS emphasizes interdisciplinary research methods and encourages submission of research articles from fields such as sociology, economics, management, psychology, and public health. The journal's main readership includes scholars, researchers, policy makers, union representatives, human resources professionals, as well as students and practitioners interested in Nordic work and life research. NJVLS provides detailed submission guidelines to guide authors on how to prepare and submit manuscripts, including research design, data analysis, article structure, and reference citation format.
