SynOpen is an internationally peer-reviewed open access journal published by Thieme Publishing Group, focusing on research in the field of chemical synthesis. This journal has been published since 2017, reporting current research achievements in chemical synthesis in the form of full-text articles, newsletters, and reviews. It covers all research fields related to organic synthesis, including catalysis, organic metals, medicine, biology, and photochemistry, and also publishes scientific raw data. The impact factor of SynOpen is 2.5 in 2022 and it is available for free reading on the Thieme E-Journals platform. Articles in journals are published under the Creative Commons license CC BY (Attribution), which allows authors to retain copyright at the time of publication, but requires attribution.
