The Cadernos De Dereito Actual is an academic journal that covers multiple branches of law, including constitutional, civil, criminal, and international law. The journal focuses not only on traditional legal issues, but also on emerging legal issues, such as the impact of technological progress on legal practice and legal challenges in the context of globalization.
The journal encourages scholars from different countries and regions to submit their research results in order to promote exchange and dialogue between different legal cultures and legal systems.
