Frontiers in Education is a multidisciplinary academic journal. Aiming to address global education challenges, including policies and practices, providing insights based on research to improve educational outcomes for all. It covers a wide range of thematic areas, including assessment, testing and application measurement, digital education, digital learning innovation, educational psychology, higher education, language, culture and diversity, educational leadership, STEM education, special education needs, teacher education, and more.
The journal encourages research on various aspects, such as discrimination, exclusion, and limited opportunities in education at all levels; Political, social, and economic factors that influence national and local education policies and practices; The ways in which external and internal environmental conditions affect students' learning outcomes. At the same time, the journal welcomes various philosophical perspectives, but primarily based on carefully designed empirical research and utilizing multiple methodologies. Interdisciplinary or multidisciplinary research work is also popular, and cross-cultural and/or transnational research that contributes to the generation of new knowledge is highly noteworthy. In addition to commentary, the journal also seeks innovative thinking around new and promising practices and policies, welcoming research related to improving educational policies or practices, teaching and/or learning strategies, and learning outcomes for students and/or educators.
