Habitat Y Sociedad is a comprehensive journal dedicated to the research and dissemination of social habitats, with a focus on how to achieve urban rights and restore the balance of ecosystems through participatory processes. The journal explores the complexity of social habitat as a concept shaped by the dynamic interaction of multiple factors, including physical environment, social structure, cultural context, economic conditions, legal framework, environmental factors, and policy orientation. Through an interdisciplinary perspective, the journal provides an in-depth analysis of social habitat production and management processes with the aim of promoting innovation and practice in urban and regional planning.
The journal's content covers a wide range from residential areas to large-scale territories and is dedicated to revealing and addressing the challenges faced by modern society in habitat development and management.
