The Journal of Lusophone Studies is an academic journal dedicated to the study of Portuguese language, publishing research related to Portuguese language, literature, culture, and related socio political issues. This magazine aims to promote a deeper understanding of the Portuguese speaking world, including Brazil, Portugal, as well as Portuguese speaking countries and regions in Africa and Asia. Journal content not only includes academic articles, but may also involve book reviews, research reports, and thematic discussions.
It covers a wide range of research fields, including but not limited to Portuguese literary theory, cultural studies, linguistics, translation studies, as well as historical and contemporary social issues in Portuguese speaking countries. The journal encourages interdisciplinary research methods and provides a platform for scholars to publish and exchange the latest research findings. The readers of this magazine are mainly academic researchers, professors, graduate students, as well as scholars and students with a professional interest in the Portuguese speaking world.
