Industrial Relations Journal (IRJ) is an international academic journal focused on the fields of labor relations and human resource management. This magazine is one of the earliest industrial relations science journals in the world and the only publication in Canada dedicated to this field.
IRJ aims to publish high-quality research papers from both senior researchers and emerging scholars, covering various aspects such as labor relations and trade unionism, human resource management, public policy, work and employment, as well as occupational health and safety. As a bilingual publication, IRJ publishes half of its articles in English and the other half in French, and regularly publishes reviews of leading new books in the field.
