Health Systems is an international academic journal dedicated to the field of health policy and services. The journal aims to publish research on the design, implementation, management, and evaluation of health systems, as well as how these systems affect population health and the well-being of healthcare providers. The journal covers a wide range of topics from macro level health policy analysis to micro level medical service provision.
The journal emphasizes interdisciplinary research and encourages researchers from different fields such as public health, medicine, social sciences, economics, and management to submit their work. In addition, the journal also focuses on health inequality issues and how to reduce these inequalities through effective health policies and systematic interventions.
