Bratislava Law Review is an academic journal dedicated to legal research, named after the capital of Slovakia, Bratislava, reflecting legal issues and academic discussions in the region and the wider Central and Eastern European region. This journal aims to provide a platform for exploring various aspects of legal theory, practice, and legal education, while promoting international legal academic exchange.
Magazines typically contain a series of academic articles, reviews, case studies, and book reviews covering a wide range of legal fields, including but not limited to civil law, commercial law, criminal law, administrative law, international law, and EU law. Journal articles are usually written by legal scholars, practicing lawyers, judges, and other legal professionals who have in-depth research and practical experience in legal issues. This journal not only focuses on legal developments in Slovakia and Central Europe, but also examines global legal trends and challenges, providing readers with perspectives on different legal systems and cultures through comparative law research.
