The journal is specifically oriented to both practitioner and scholarly audiences and is thus meant to bridge the divide between theory and practice.The journal aims to promote understanding of these issues and help develop effective response strategies, with the goal of providing a platform for researchers, policy makers, and practitioners to exchange ideas and share research findings, offering readers an opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of international conflicts and terrorism issues.
